Please note: The pre-requisite for this course is our 2-day Fabulous Fascia 2-day myofascial release foundation course.

Craig and Sally will co-lead this workshop using our fascial, whole-body perspective on the treatment of scar tissue. The workshop will include:

• The anatomy of injury and scar formation
• Types of scars
• A biopsychosocial approach: the physical, physiological and emotional impacts of scars
• Scar assessment, visual and palpatory
• Off-body, direct and indirect fascial techniques
• Maintaining a whole-body perspective
