Movement-Based Techniques
1-day workshop – Open to students who have completed the Fabulous Fascia course.
Many trainers have effectively used movement techniques in massage and bodywork. Dr Milton Trager developed the Trager® Approach. John F Barnes Myofascial Release incorporates Rebounding. Darien Pritchard teaches RhythmMobility®, and Pulsing is a Post-Reichian bodywork treatment.
These specialised movement techniques utilise the momentum of the client’s bodily rhythm, like a pendulum or swing (the resident frequency is unique to each person).
In this workshop, we will explore how to use vibration, oscillation, rocking and mobilisation techniques effectively in horizontal and vertical planes to free the body.

Seated Event Massage (Advanced) – Hockley, Essex
This second day is an optional add-on to the 1-day foundation workshop and completes the 2-day Seated Event Massage training. The foundation workshop is a prerequisite for attendance. The day includes a practical assessment and the case studies can be completed before or after the advanced day.
