Craig and Sally will co-lead this workshop using our fascial, whole-body perspective on treating scar tissue. The workshop will include the following:
- The anatomy of injury and scar formation
- Types of scars
- A biopsychosocial approach: the physical, physiological and emotional impacts of scars
- Scar assessment, visual and palpatory
- Off-body, direct and indirect fascial techniques
- Maintaining a whole-body perspective
