Reflexology treatments

Reflexology is a science, which is thought to have originated in ancient Egypt. It is an entirely natural therapy; a safe and effective way of relieving stress and tension and alleviating many of the symptoms that are associated with stress. It promotes relaxation and helps bring the body back into balance by focussing on minute reflex points on the feet that relate to specific parts of the body. Precise techniques help to identify areas that require treatment and then massage, pressure and stimulation of these points allows the corresponding areas of the body to return to a natural state of wellbeing. It is often the treatment of choice if you have specific pain or persistent ailments within the body that are contraindicated to massage.

“I have been receiving reflexology from Sally for many years and find it beneficial to my overall well being.  She is always professional in her duties and has a wonderfully calming influence.  Her personality is such that she imparts a sense of serenity and tranquillity at each visit.  Also Sally is always ready to sympathetically listen to any problems you may have and gives excellent advice.  I never hesitate in recommending Sally to friends and family.”
