Sally Morris and Craig Foden will co-lead on this 2-day Fabulous Fascia 2 course in Essex
We will build on the learning achieved in our Fabulous Fascia course, (a pre-requisite for this training).
Our focus will be on pelvic alignment and cranial work, within a fascial/whole-body perspective.
Included in this 2-day course
- Fascia informed anatomy
- Methods of assessment, including the body in motion
- Pelvic myofascial techniques with and without the use of sacral wedges
- Cranial techniques
- Compression and elongation techniques
Open to all qualified massage and bodywork therapists who have completed the Fabulous Fascia 2-day training. This course equates to 15 hours CPD.
